Brim Deformation in Storage?

Do you have hats with a soft brim that flatten out during storage? A "brim riser" raises the brim up from its storage surface and allows it to tilt/fall down if desired. Formed out of pool noodle quartered long ways, cut to desired length and then glued together to form a circle just larger than the hat band.
