How to contact aero successfully?

As the title says.
I tried to reach out to aero to settle an issue with my new Rockafella.
I used the mail adress of Cloe, who handled my order as well as the address given on their website.
It's a week now and I have not been contacted as of now.
May be that's normal but I would still like to hear of your experiences.

E-Mail usually works fine. I can only suspect that they have a lot going on with finalising Christmas orders etc.

Most responsive are Holly and Denny, but I would just give it another try with the generic mail. Maybe Chloe is just away on sick leave or holiday.

If all else fails, the telephone will usually be answered too.

Chloe has always replied to me quickly. Aero's first few emails and order confirmation did go into my spam folder.

Haha, just a typo. I tried to be very polite. My be she is on sick leave.

I’ve always had good success via email. At times it has taken longer due to holidays, sickness, or just busy periods. Generally I’ve gotten a response within a day.

You could try calling.
