Glad you see that no meanness was intented. Text is sometimes brutal because you (we) add the pervceived vocal intonation as you read it. Easy to take offense where none is intended.
Back to the jacket question......... If you are going to have any jacket built, have it made slightly longer than you think you might need. It will never look bad slightly long, but will if even slightly short! Just my advice!
