I was just curious about what the general age group is for this fine bunch of gents and dames? I always seem to be interested in things that people in their late 20's and early 30's think is silly or dumb.(What do they know--slackers) I don't want to offend anyone but for as long as I can remember I've love Abbott and Costello, the Marx Brothers and Old movies. I'm happy to finally find a place that I feel welcome and amongst friends. THANKS!!!

I'm 29-now I'm 31now 32

Depends on your state of mind

47 in March. Old ....right.

I remember lots. My Lord.

When I was a kid., Mr Minor visited two homes away, every summer. In 1970, he was 95. I shall never forget his stories.

Yeah, I figured you had to be pretty young when you made "45 and over" the oldest category. I guess you're thinking "45...85...no big diff!". :(

David

PS I'm in that one...could you guess?

I was born about three months before JFK was shot. Does that make me old? :D

I was in elementary school when Jamespowers was born. I still remember everyone in school packing into the auditorium to watch the landing on a fuzzy black and white TV. Gee, I am old.

Cabinetman,
Do you post to some C&R sites?

Grouch,

C&R?? No, I don't think so. That is to say, there are only three sites I visit.

What is C&R?

Have you seen another "Cabinetman" floating about?

I was born THE WEEK men first landed on the moon.

I think modern fashions are stupid and exit to extract money out of fools. There was a slight resurgence to traditional style in the 80's, but the Casual Friday movement of the 90's killed it.

Keep your fedora on and your chin up.

There must be another Cabinetman out there. Maybe your evil twin.

Who was Superman's opposite? Bizzaro? And he couldn't handle blue kryptonite or something? My favorite color is blue, so I must be the good one.

I figure by the time I turned 25, half my life has already past.
If I live to 100 and time contiues to go faster and faster as it seems to be doing (I think this is a shared experience) the next 75 years will seem as long as the first 25.

Are your days getting shorter too?
