How Long For A Leather Jacket To Start To Get Soft?

Conditioning, then tumbling in a clothes dryer (no heat) for a 90-120min ( or more, doesn't hurt the leather) will make a world of difference. It will work the stiffness of new leather out quite nicely and in a hurry. I do it to all my new leather.
