everycase different with aspbergers
Dear Lady, it sounds like your sister has a more extreme case than my daughter but it wouldnt have gone undiagnoised as long as my daughters with the symptons as pronounced. MY daughter for a while went to a private school and hid her ailment from the staff and instead vented on her family as soon as she got home. The staff went as far as calling childrens aid on us, unknown to us because they felt they she was abused or depresssed instead they were causing it because they pressured her to go to highschool when she finished the private school . I have yet to run into that principal on the street and tell her how much grief she caused me and money that i dont have to straighten this out. The worst of it was , i told the childrens aid worker that i suspected she had asbergers she looks at my daughter for two seconds and says she doesnthave asbergers then with a stupid look says what is asbergers? how do you send people out to do this job and have them this dumb and misinformed on this conditon , now that its more likely for your child to have autism a form of it, than your child to have a major accident in the playground. ONE in ten, is a figure that i saw on a tv commercial. A neurologicial disorder of the brain, hereditory and my wife is adopdted so has no history of her parents or history. The otherside is my wife , she is anti social has a lot of fear, and doesnt like to socialize which is sad, and i am beginning to see she might has some of this condition her self. I talk too much and like people and am much more social beast. I spend very little time away from my family, even my work , i am downstairs or in the next room which is our store. This week coming up my daughter is taking on a huge challenge, she enrolled in a program called med quest, her favourite shows are medical such as house or grays, or csi. She had a chance to inroll in a program where students 15 and up to 18 can shadow follow a doctor or dentist and see what a career in the medical would be like. We did not tell them she had asbergers, the specialist advised us only if there is a problem to do that. The might labell and put her aside if we do, she is starting to worry and get scared she might be in over her head. She is in for a experience anyway you look at it. I just hope that it doesnt stress me out. 59LARKfftopic: fftopic:
