Is it like Saw? The trailer reminds me of it..

It's got that "grimy" feel of "Saw", but nothing at all like it. No serial killers or far fetched scenarios..definitely based in reality. If you can handle it, I highly reccommend it!

Thanks! I can handle it. The problem is convincing the wife to go for it! Funny thing about her, she claims to not like 'gross out' movies yet occasionally finds one or two to like. She really liked Saw! Women, go figure..
