I purchased this fine Kensington here from sweetfights, There are no issues with the jacket and it fits me perfectly. I wore it 3 or 4 times since my purchase, I was saving it for when I want to be well dressed and that does not happen much. I purchased this jacket to replace an original Buco J-100 that I had been wear hard for 15 years and it was one size too large. I just today purchased an original cream-colored Buco J-100 in my size 44. A couple of weeks past I purchased a 50s Cal racer and have a 60s Cal racer. As much as I like the Kensington, my finances say I need to sell.
I going to refer you to the thread Sweetfights started. The jacket has not changed
BTY the jacket is well stitched IMO. Sweetfights like Himel is Canadian and I believe he picked the jacket up in person?
Price is what I paid $1,400 shipped within CONUS. Can ship outside the states for cost less $25

I am from Toronto and did pick up all my Himle jackets in person from Dave.
I can testify that this jacket is fantastic and the ONLY reason I sold it, at a considerable loss, is because I was looking for a nirvana fit. And I did achieve this with my second black Kensington.
A deal like this does not happen very often.

This is a very nice hide I have shown my jacket collection to a few people lately and they all have gravitated to the Kensington. I just can not shake my vintage roots.

Really looking forward to it, numbers look right so I'm just hoping it fits. Seems like there's a slimmer margin for a good fit on cafe racers. Incredible jacket, love the black oil tan.

The black oil-tanned Shinki from Himel is my all-time favorite leather. Nothing I have experienced compares, especially for the particular cut of the Kensington. I am however waiting on a Freewheelers Mulholland in Shinki. If the Mulholland can match the Himel oil-tanned Shinki I will be very pleased.
Enjoy this outstanding jacket- I sincerely hope it fits you well.
