Try asking the vendor how much fabric there is in the turn-ups. You might find there is enough to let them down.

Unfortunately there is no material to let down as they are currently unhemmed. I was thinking I may just get away with the shorter length if I was to wear ankle boots with them instead of shoes. Or I could wait forty years & hope to lose a couple of inches in height.
