I want to buy a G1 or M422A but I don't know wich seller to choose : US AUTHENTIC or Estman... What is the best quality and nearest the original contract ?
I asked myself about the size I should choose : I wear usually L but sleeves are often shorter in size L so I go to XL.
My size is 186 cm, weight 80 kg and I have long arms !!!!
Can you help me, please ? and very sorry about my pooooooooor english...

Hello and welcome! Since you have long arms I would recommend buying from US Authentic because their jackets are longer in the sleeves and body than Eastman and they would probably fit you better. Also, you would save quite a bit of money buying from US A because of the favorable exchange rate of the Euro vs the dollar. The US A horsehide is pretty stiff and takes a lot of wearing to break it in. However, their goatskin is lightweight and very supple. US A makes a nice jacket at a reasonable price. I don't think that you would be disappointed.

Eastman no contest. Superior in every way to US Authentic. Costs more but you get what you pay for.

Eastman costs a lot more and would require special sizing for long arms. Be smart ,Tefouane , and stick with US Authentic. As I said, their jackets are sized long to begin with.

Lots of useful information and a size comparison chart that compares actual measurements of different makers jackets. I bought my US Authentic based on the measurements I found here because their jackets are a little longer than other manufacturers. Also a good value as Raymundo said.

Thanks for your good advise and kind help...
I've decided to order a US Authentic G1 Custom Jacket with embossed pacthes (see picture ! )
Hope it will fit and look nice...
The complete custom work + jacket + S&H cost me about U$ 800 = price of the simple non custom jacket from Eastman...
Will post pics ASA I got it !

I love it , leather is thin and supple , a very nice finish ...
Handpainted leather patches are amazing .
I'm very happy...

Nice jacket. :eusa_clap :eusa_clap Love the JFK Patch. I had one back several years ago with an original JFK Patch, looked exactly the same. Great buy. Wear it in good health.
