Well, watching what the kids received today around here I noticed that the toys that got the most play today were;

Mr. Potato Head
Mouse Trap
Wild West Shooting Gallery
Ker Plunk

The video games are still in the box. So is it the kids or the adults that want the high tech games????lol

Seriously!! I'm glad I'm not the only one who loves legos, and isn't exactly all that young to be liking them so excitedly.

P.S. I do like your avatar - you look lovely.

My 7 year old got two big Lego sets, drawing and painting things (he is quite the artist), one stuffed animal, Spongebob Monopoly, a gift card to Borders, and some books...and a little bit of candy. I absolutely refuse to buy him video games-he plays games on the computer but that is all. I figure he can get his video game fix later at friends' houses, because I won't let him have one here. He doesn't seem to be suffering for it! My father and stepmom gave him the bigger Lego set-the Boeing plane-and put together it is a little over 2 feet by 2 feet! It will be fun to help him with it.
