I agree. The quality is comparable with many of the more expensive brands out there.

Last I heard they were struggling with delays in the supply chain from point of manufacture, a mix of Covid-induced delays and other things. Hopefully it hasn't killed them forever, but the website does seem to have disappeared. Unfortunately not the only apparent casualty of a mix of things hitting the UK economy hard this last year or so.
