Help! I'm computer-challenged!!

As one of the "elders" in the lounge, I'm wondering if any of you bright young people could help me with a few pointers on using the computer to post pictures on this site? I have NO idea how to even put an avatar in here, let alone show pictures of finds, etc. If anyone is willing, I would be so grateful! A private message would be fine. Thank you --Etienne

And for anyone new to this picture stuff there are several FREE sites where you can post pictures and refer to them to be visible on other sites such as Fedora Lounge. I use Photobucket.com.
