I picked up two pair of early pins (one marked 1915), but I don't know what they are or if they're men's or womens. They were marked "Victorian Collar or Lapel Pins". They look exactly like this, but without the chain in the middle, and a different clasp on the back. Any idea of what they are? Thanks in advance!

*edit* I think they're lingerie pins. Any other ideas?

Without a chain or bar holding them together they wouldn't be collar pins. With a chain, like in your first link, I've seen similar items used to hold a cape in place. Without the chain, yes they do look like the lingerie pins in your second link.
