It's been a while!

School has been insane so I haven't had time to drop by much. I do however have some fun new things to tell you guys about.

First, I just won this off ebay.

Secondly, I picked up two Canadian WWII greatcoats. One is a navy colored Airforce coat, and the other is an olive green Royal Canadian Artillary coat which is a beltback.

I'll try to get some pics asap!

I also found a book with patterns for these two suits, and if you are interested I'll post a link to the patterns.

And finally, I have a question!

What are the rules with jackets and mismatched pants? For example, lets say you have some vintage suits that fit awesome in the jacket, but the pants have been altered way past wearable, or say you could only find the jacket put the pants have been lost?

What is the best way to go about getting pants for these as it's probably impossible to match patterns?

Ha Ha. This was my outfit yesterday. Cream solid trousers, painfully breaking in white bucks, blue DB blazer with blue/white alternating pinstripes. Worked grand ...

Except a lady at the library shouted me down for wearing white shoes before easter. D*mn you, Emily Post!
