The size measurements are: chest 110 cm, shoulder width 46 cm, shoulder width 61 cm, and sleeve length 60-61 cm. The lining is either wool or polyester, or a mixture. I can't read the label (it is in Chinese). I think it is wool, but not sure. Yup. There is an inside pocket at the left breast. Victor
