Here is our latest production just finished on Friday last week. It is our reproduction of the 1930's Gordon & Ferguson government contract A-1. The hide is our 3oz Russet Capeskin.

Financing Your Purchase at Headwind Mfg Co

To further our commitment to provide top quality reproduction jackets at an affordable price, Headwind is now offering financing on the purchase of our jackets!


Here's How It Works:

Simply select the jacket of your choice and click the small "Add To Cart" button under "Finance This Jacket". You will only have to pay 1/2 the purchase price for the jacket to get the production started. Once complete, you will be invoiced for the remainder of the balance. When the remaining balance is paid, the jacket is shipped. The shipping charges will paid with the 2nd installment when the jacket is complete.

Shipping for continental USA customers is $25, PR HI and international orders are $50.
*A 20% restocking fee will be charged for orders that are cancelled after production has started.

Hello all, I am very excited to announce that we have found a great new supplier for Capeskin! We now have 5 new shades of brown in Capeskin ranging from a light Sand to a dark Chestnut. The Cape is nice and grainy and the colors are a match to a variety of types of vintage jackets I have seen. Here are some sample photos:

We may be able to have additional shades made for us as well in the future as we are dealing directly with the tannery that tans the hides. These new hides have presented us with the opportunity to produce a lot of new models of jackets that have been on the back burner. So exciting times indeed at Headwind!
