I wouldn't hesitate to buy a headwind A1,I owned a size 46 one a number of years ago and sold it only due to it always a bit big on me.it fit true to size ,but I needed a size 44 to wear comfortably with just a tee shirt. It was goatskin.top quality knits.
I liked it better than the Eastman I had previously. That was capeskin.

There was an issue in between but I believe Headwind made things right with their old customers and righted the ship. The patterns and quality are good by all accounts.

OK, thanks much - the stock photos appear very high quality especially in comparison to the higher end choices.
Just need to decide on Cape Skin or Goat...they said they could do goat no additional cost - just want it to be soft but yet durable.

Goat,every time..mine was stunning.

I own two headwinds and both are really very nice. The knits are probably the best of any knitted jacket I’ve owned.
