Not about Miss Earhart, but Miss Jackie Cochran. The jackets look great on the Women Airforce Service Pilots (WASPs). I took my daughter to the Aviation Museum today and took this picture. The one on Miss Amelia Earhart looks great, also... now my 8 year old daughter wants one. Told her she’ll have to do her solo flight first.

What measurements are between sizes? If it is Pit-2-Pit, Shoulder, or Body length, it’s only a fraction of an inch difference between sizss. I would just size up as jackets tend to get smaller with use and creases, wrinkles, etc.

If the sleeve measurement is considerably shorter than desired, you might consider a custom sleeve length. But remember, the jacket has knit cuffs which tend to hide slight errors in length.

I'm really interested to get one of this Aviatrix jacket for my wife, but looking the size chart, her best fit seems to fall in between two sizes. Anyone knows if Good Wear do custom make by measures?
Headwind also do custom jackets, so they can make your wife one in her preferred measurements.
