This jacket has been in the works for a long time. As the name suggests it is a hybrid of the A-2 jacket and a Café Racer style jacket. It features snap pockets and a short collar with a snap closure. As always, the jacket has period correct parts including 100% wool knits and a high quality 1942 nickel Talon reproduction zipper with cotton tape. These are actual Talon made zippers not one of the counterfeit cheap versions.

The Bull Run Buffalo hide is really something special. Seal brown with lighter undertones that are quick to show through with wear. Arm creases form quickly and break in time is short. This particular jacket was made with light contrast stitching and our Medium brown knits. The results are a very unique and sharp looking jacket.

Size 42
Chest: 22.5"
Shoulders: 18.5"
Arms: 26"
Back Length: 25.5"

Price is $500 with free shipping in the USA.

Hello everyone, I ended up buying this amazing jacket a month or two ago, and wanted to finally post a few pics. I've owned a number of A-2s in the past, both military issue and civilian-style from Cooper and Lost Worlds, and have never really been happy with the kind of loose and baggy feeling of those jackets. But this interpretation is hands down my favorite so far. The cut is really sporty, I love the cafe-style collar and the buffalo leather is soft and pliable, but still feels quite robust and tough.

You wear both well!
