Seriosely - My fav seasonal roasted coffee bean from Caribou - La Minita is available now. The peaberry, 1 bean instead of 2 develops in a coffee ban cherry. It soaks up more "favor." I had some pressed La Minita coffee this morning - intend flavor. Many do not appreciate the intense flavor - I LOVE the flavor. I taste the milk chocolate rich taste of others, but also sense the cherry and natural sweet (not sugar sweet) of the handpicked Costa Rican coffee. I like a peaberry this time of yr for a cold brewed or cold pressed ice coffee. As you say it has that natural sweetness to it. I'm not a fan of anything cherry but I don't seem to get that cherry taste with ice coffee.

I can have 7 Laguas shipped in but 1 bottle by itself shipping adds ~$16 to the cost. I have some premium whiskies that I can't seem to get locally shipped to me from Denver a couple times a yr & if I mix & match a case of 4x1.75L it brings the shipping to only ~$22 or ~$5+ ea. If I haven't found 7 Laguas locally before my next order from Denver then I will add it as one of the 4 just to try it. Or maybe I'll make a road trip this fall.
