A Rudo shooter with a Clown Shoe back.Ha! That would go with the Churro Sombrero

Excellent Choice!!After some charcoal grilled burgers I wanted to stick with the smoky theme. NBD, Ardbeg Wee Beastie! Peaty Islay Scotch is great after a charcoal steak or burger, but it's also good with grilled chicken.

One of my favorites!!!!The 24 mph winds have made this a bad day for wearing hats outdoors. So I'm wearing this Gannon with the Dogbone during my HH with a few drams of Lagavulin 16. My favorite Islay Single Malt.

Can't remember which was which between you & @St.Ignatz but one was drinking Ardbeg Oogie (Uigeadail) & the other Ardbeg Corryvreckan. I'm looking forward to trying both soon. You might comment on your experience. Is Corry a bit rougher than Oogie?Excellent Choice!!
Thanks Dave. Definitely my top Islay! One of my favorites!!!!

Yes, I remember the Corry being higher octane now & that's why Oogie is more popular. Thanks!I was drinking the Corryvreckan. It is a higher proof I believe. I put three drips of water in it and it opens it up and mellows it out quite a bit.
Very white wine-like.
Beautiful label and glassware.A flute of Strathisla 10 bottled by Signatory Vintage, with my MBCD.
Cask Strength @ 58.5% ABV. Very white wine-like.

Lots of dried fruit like apples & pears. Some spice like cinnamon but more like toasted cinnamon or cinnamon toast. No medicinal alcohol taste or burn, but a nice comfortable warming feeling on a cold night. At that ABV, almost white-lightning like.
Signatory is a good independent bottler.Beautiful label and glassware.

Beautiful Whisky glass showing great color.
Awesome!!!NBD for HH! Ardbeg Oogie with my Peters Bros Shady Oaks Banker's Special 7X Seventy-five.
An NAS blend of very old Ardbeg Oloroso Sherry Cask aged single malt with younger Ardbeg aged in Bourbon barrels. 108 proof so drinking it neat produces a touch of tongue burn until you anesthetize. Nice Peat smoke, raisins & figs typical of Oloroso Sherry, so far.

Thanks Dave. I have a bottle of Ardbeg Corry coming in a shipment. It was cheaper to ship it in. I want to do a side by side between the two when it gets here.Awesome!!!
