30s Mallory derby paired with a sour beer that had strong grape notes. Delicious and smooth.

Eric, if I'm correct it's a red/brown sour from a Belgian brewery called Vander Ghinste. I'm not certain of the name of the beer, unless I have it backwards.
I've happily jumped on the sour beer train lately. Smooth and silky, not too malty, hoppy, or acidic. Sits well with me!

I have no pic but Mother's Brewery once again has their seasonal MILF Imperial Stout out. Brewed with cocoa & raisins, then aged in rum, sherry, bourbon, brandy and whiskey barrels, it takes on flavors from each barrel like a premium whiskey does. You get a cocoa/chocolate flavor going in, with a wonderful whiskey aftertaste. Lots of flavor going on! It's about 11% APV so it's for sipping, not guzzling. I love this time of yr for the good Porters & Stouts out there!
