- on "page 46" the bottom window and the third page reproduced here show posters
of a size and style similar to my Stratoliner poster (pictured elsewhere
on this site). So that might be how it was originally used- in a window.
I wonder if anyone else has a Stetson poster like that?
- the last picture makes clear that the Stetson Buccaneer was a
movie tie-in product. I wonder how many other hat styles were
movie or other product tie-ins. Well, aside from the Stratoliner, of course.
Interesting side of the business mostly ignored these days (with one
notable, if ever-haunting exception).
