So... I became very active in the hat section here many years ago. This place helped stoke my love for fine, vintage fedoras, and eventually I started refurbishing them as a hobby. I stripped beat up hats, cleaned them, sewed in sweatbands, made ribbons, etc.
Those days are long gone. I have too many hats and not enough time. Thus, I am parting with a bunch of hat project materials. This will only be sold as a lot. I am going to provide some details, but I don't want togo into depth on every bit of ribbon, etc. See the pics, please.
I think $250 is a fair price, but we'll see the if the marketplace here agrees. That's for five hats/hat bodies, ten new, white liners, several vintage liners (including a Stetson 100), seven new sweatbands, and a bunch of grosgrain ribbon ((some on spools and quite old). I will cover shipping in the Continental US. I will ship in one box, with the hat bodies stacked. I will try not to damage those that have ribbons, but I'm not to to pack each body individually.
Hat information provided to the honest best of my abilities. No guarantee on vintage era, etc.
NOTE: The pics do not necessarily show the sweatband damage. Trust me: If I say a sweatband is shot, it is shot.
Price: $250. Shipping in the Continental US included.
