Well that kept me busy for a while. Wonder if Meyer Rubenstein had any mob connections. Perhaps even a Ruby connection?

As I looked through these ads it was amazing to me to look back at the hundreds (probably thousands) of small companies that supplied the hat trade in the early to middle part of the last century. To me this was capitalism at its best, small businesses taking advantage of opportunities and creating opportunities for others in a competitive market.
