i noticed that, and it definitely floats ,my boat

Love the feathers!!! I have many on my old fedoras! My Dobbs, Stetsons, and Knoxs have them and I prefer them. My huge handmade pins on page 49 are not a favorite here either. It does not bother me in the least to drill a big hole in any kind of hat no matter what the price of the hat! Thanks for sharing!

i don't know about drilling holes, if you notice my set for the hat pins are in a independant ribbon, not even sticking the hats grosgrain ----- not that i will ever well but , i don't affect any selling possibilities or tears in my fur, felt or grosgrain i am a perfectionist, at least i try to be but not to the point where i go annoying to myself, then i have to stop , wait till you see my gold ones
on another note love the newsboy i am a full blown wearing the of the 8 piece

Brother those wooden pinheads are very impressive. Did you lathe them or hand shape them with sandpaper? I like those kind of straight pins through the bow, very high class looking to me.

Nice work! They look great.
I had a couple nice pearl ones, and when I wasn't using them I kept 'em stuck in a little voodoo doll I bought years ago down in New Orleans. My boy got hold of it one day and the pins disappeared.
