Did some digging because they didn't look too bad. There is almost nothing on them however, I did find the below and deduced some things:

1. They are made in Korea. There was one single one sold I could find that showed the inside tag.

2. The reseller is selling it at about double cost of original seller. See link showing a few others sold (also about half the cost of this reseller). https://jp.mercari.com/search?keyword=Graman leather &sort=created_time&order=desc

3. They seem to be made in same factory as another brand called RBC. Same design, same buckle hardware, same pleats, same tags, looks to be same leather. Roughly same second hand price too. https://jp.mercari.com/item/m73516895799
