I bought a Fine Creek Leon Nostar jacket from them 2 years ago and had it shipped to Germany. All went well. The jacket arrived as described and communication was fast.

Yes, I’ve ordered many items from Butterscotch LB. Also, been to the shop in Long Beach CA. Tommy is the owner, he’s super helpful and a good dude. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy anything from that shop!

Same here. Got my Vanson Star from them just two months ago.

Very helpful re measurement questions and delivery to Germany in record time. Big bonus that they handled tax and import costs their side, so all went extra smooth!

I ordered an item that was marked down for final sale, only to find that it was way too big for me. I reached out to the folks at Butterscotch and spoke to Tommy the owner directly. He explained to me that that item was not eligible for a return since it was on sale, but that he would allow me to exchange it for something else just that one time. I ended up getting their Vanson C2RN and I am very happy with it.
Super nice people and great customer service, seriously above and beyond!

No. The jacket in question was a Lee Storm Rider and since it was the last one in stock I think it was wishful thinking on my part that the jacket would magically fit and not look like a denim poncho on me. Nothing wrong with the tagged size.

His size charts are pretty accurate compared to other merchants. I’m pretty sure he hand measures everything himself. If you’re unsure, or in between sizes. DM him. He usually gets back within a few minutes.

I agree. I am in Europe, so I am somewhat apprehensive when it comes to measurements. The guys helped me out in no time.
