I was watching the movie, 'Iron Will' last night with the kiddies (which is a great movie by the way!) and couldn't believe I forgot about this guy!

Oh I'm so glad you put up Jason Issacs as Lucius. Those movies just kill me... gotta love JK Rowling, if only for having a say in the casting... Alan Rickman, David Thewlis, Ralph Finnes, Jason Issacs, Gary Oldman...

I saw Jason at the beginning of this month in London. He's in Pinter's The Dumb Waiter (with Lee Evans) until the end of March and is even more gorgeous in the flesh...especially when one is only feet away from him!

I like:
Alan Ladd
Gary Cooper
Audie Murphy-I can't help it...he's just got that cute baby face!!!
Guy Madison-I agree with Jitterbugdoll
Dana Andrews-who said this already????
Randolph Scott
James Dean
I'm not into many of the new movies or actors, though I think that Harry from the Spider-man movies is handsome.

Not vintage-y at all, but Curtis Stone (the chef from the TLC series "Take-Home Chef") is just to-die-for! I mean, I love the show anyway (it's my substitute for Food Network when I'm at college) but the man himself is simply gorgeous.

WOW! You are the best! Thanks for these!! And ...LEE EVANS!!! I adore him. He is in a *very favourite* film of mine, "Funny Bones." He's an amazingly talented man. The film is mostly set in Blackpool. I think many here would appreciate it, as it has an extremely vintage aesthetic and theme of Old vs. New and the merits and drawbacks of both, as well as trying to live up to the past and how the urge to do so can be destructive. Lee Evans does a *killer* Jerry Lewis impression too. Thanks again, these pictures are great!

About time this thread got resurrected! I have a brand new man who has set my heart a-flutter! I've been watching The History Boys, and the history teacher is played by Stephen Campbell Moore, and he is absolutely delightful! :) :)

Yes, he is pretty cute. Beimg married to a Chef, and being a bit of a "foodie" myself, I watch a LOT of cooking shows, and there are a few chefs that i wouldn't mind letting loose in my kitchen;)

Ooh

Oh ladies, my blood pressure has gone through the roof!!!

Rutger Hauer (as pictured) is No 1 and who I have raunchy dreams about! I also lust after James Mason, Mr Craig as Bond (as already posted) Ciaran Hinds (in 'Persuasion') Timothy Dalton as Rochester in 'Jane Eyre', Liam Neeson, Ralph Feinnes, Harrison Ford (as Indy), Pierce Brosnan, Gabriel Byrne, (yes I love tall dark haired men - including my husband) and lots of others who I can't think of as my brain is drooling!!!! ;) oops, can't attach pictures of the others for some reason - sorry!

MOST instructive, ladies. Are you paying attention, fellas?
Prettyiest man I ever saw was JFK Jr. I was walking down Hudson St next to him once years ago. Pretty pretty man.
How come none of you ladies swoon over my hero Oliver Hardy???
Or how about Winston Churchill, a real man's man!

Well, Hauer is over 60 years old, oh the pressure to stay young and beautiful! Rather than handsome, I would put Hardy and Churchill in the category of cute and cuddly, right along with Billie Jo Armstrong.
You've made an old man VERY happy.
