Gunga Din

My lady friend and I went on vacation last week and on the way home we stopped by senic Lone Pine California, one of the stand in locations for all things adventure and western. We went out and saw the site of the Gunga Din temple. I'm not exactly sure where it was out here, but the scenery sure is right. That first one is my best hammy impression of the British salute.

Another trip

According to IMDB there are locations in Yuma AZ and the Imperial Valley of CA which are not too far from my home here in San Diego. So hopefully one day this fall, after some research, we're going to head out there and see if we can't find anything. So then I might have some more pictures.
