Great Hats in this video!

Check out the great hats in the beginning of this film. The Olneyville Expressway in Providence Rhode Island, Groundbreaking February 19, 1949, 70 years ago today. I work for the Rhode Island DOT. I manage all of the historic records for this project and those like it. We are currently demolishing this structure and I drive right over the spot in the film every morning dressed very similarly
