Just recently I recieved 2 of my Grandpas lids. First is his Homburg, when I get a chance, I will take some new photos as these are a bit grainy.

As you can see, this hat was worn only on special occasions.

Grandfather's hats

My first hat was inhereted from my grandfather...a black Richman Steins fedora. I had always been interested in fedoras prior to receiving it, but it was his hat that pushed me over the edge. I have since purchased many, but his is still my favorite.

My father has given me a couple of newsboys that were my grandfathers a few years back. Dear old Dad like to sit on things, he has just released these two. Who knows what else he has stored away. Dad has a pre WWII Dobbs that he says he will give to me sometime, who knows?
