Got my straw hat back from Art

I got my hat back faster than I could have expected from Art. My poor straw looked like it had really been through the wringer. I used it for yard work and no doubt he found some clippings from my hedge in there somewhere.
It isn't slated from yard work anymore. Check it out:

It has a new life and went to church with me today instead of out in the yard. :cheers1:

Geez, Sharpetoys, talk about serving up a fat pitch. But I'll just leave my bat on my shoulder and watch it cross the plate.

This straw

is great in almost every regard EXCEPT its ribbon and bow. It's old, it's in like-new condition, it's of exceptional quality, it fits and I got it cheap. Love that bow on JP's, and I'll likely send mine off to Southern Oregon for a similar treatment. But it's May and it hit the mid-70s here today and tomorrow will be warmer and I'm gonna wear the thing until fall settles in.

I got the hat originally from PanamaBob at a price I couldn't refuse. I suppose I should have treated it better but it is being treated better now.
I am glad to have it back just in time for our 80 degree weather this weekend. :eusa_clap
