I know that they have some cute handles at JoAnn's.

I bought a pair and made a customized lunch bag (canvas bag, sequined kitty applique) for a friend's birthday recently. Super cute!

But the tools...

I have several dead vintage handbags I would love to take apart and redo, but I can't find the proper tool to unclamp the frame from the fabric then reclamp it onto new fabric. That may be a bit too specialized - even that excellent u handbag link above has no tools. But they have great frames! The kind you can sew to the bag.
