I want to groom my eyebrows with eye brow wax. I was wondering if anyone knew of a good brand of eyebrow wax. I dont want to remove my hairs just slick them down a little.

New York Color has a nice wax/powder called Browser. I've used it before and I really liked it. We n Wild also has pretty much the same thing called Ultimate Brow Kit. I also think that some more "High End" companies like Smashbox and Chanel have brow kits as well. Have you tried clear mascara?

I like using Benefit's brow-zings. It has both a wax and a powder to fill in, set and extend the brow if necessary. Although it is pricy, it seems to last FOREVER.

The NYC is a great product, but I have trouble finding the blonde version. I was at CVS today and they of BOGOF Revlon this week and Revlon has a new colored brow wax/brow highlighter that I brought home. It's okay, but imho its not tinted enough to be show color or waxy enough to control your brows, its kinda a pointless product so I wouldn't get it. OTOH, Revlon Brow Fantasy is a great product. One end had an eyebrow pencil and the other has a tinted brow mascara that really does control lashes. I think I'll take this one back and exchange it for the Brow Fantasy.

For other redheaded gals:

I've had the hardest time trying to find a reddish brow powder for my very light eyebrows, but I really like this one from Urban Decay in Gingersnap. It comes in a little box with two powders - light & dark, a brush, a tiny pair of tweezers & a pop out drawer with wax.

I second this! It's absolutely fantastic. I just bought my second one, the first lasted me a year and even then it wasn't totally empty.

Well I was going to inform that Sephora has a house brand 'two powder and a wax' kit...sort of in the middle price wise....

but I went to go get the link...and damn them...they no longer seem to have it.

This is me sobbing.....:(

Hmm? Do you mean the Benefit one or the discontinued one? Benefit just comes in light, medium and dark.

Sorry, the Sephora brand. Just curious to see if they had an auburn one.

they moved their only available one into a kit for 35....with all sorts of other rubbish i dont need.

and I cannot remember whether they had auburn....mine had two shades of brown...a very light one and a medium.

I have to say.. out of all the Eyebrow kits I have used.. i LOVE and always come back to the Anastasia of Beverly Hills- Brow Powder Duo... It comes in two shades so that you can have one for day and night.. or mix them..

The staying power is amazing.. and they also have a wax you can put over to keep them sealed..!
