I use BernhardFashion BT quite often and it looks just like that. You can Google the name for sources.

Does anyone know where I can download some vintage-esque/film noir computer fonts?

Something that is specifically antique looking.

But without the lightning bolts

Also, the writing at the end credits of King Kong (2005)...sorry, no screen grabs.
