This is common: The 'botanicals' (the folderol for all the juniper, berries and floor sweepings supposed to be in it) in gin are rumored to be responsible. Still, I stick with gin, because of its history and I feel sorry for it. After becoming well aquainted one night this week with gin, I switched to
vodka the next night. (Skyy).
I found my head hurt a lot less the next day after drinking the vodka. But I
found both to be quite enjoyable.
