I have a vintage Stetson that was over snapped in the front for my taste. A little steam & rolling the front back up helped. I also noticed that your break point for the snapped up back is rather forward, giving you a lot of "back snap" up. Moving that point further back may also reduce the effects on the down front as well as reduce the back. IMHO....
