If you need any information on local vendors, let me know. It has been about 6 years since we got hitched here, but we had to pay for everything ourselves, so I really did my research on what vendors were the best buy. I might be able to make a couple of good recommendations.

I just posted about this on another thread, but an amazing tailor is coming to Texas and she does beautiful work on vintage dresses if you want to go that route.

Although I will say, those two dresses you linked from David's Bridal are just gorgeous! I'm sure you'll look beautiful in anything!

Out of curiosity, where in Texas is she moving to and does she have a website? Does she do her work out of her house or do you think she'll have a storefront?

ITG--Diana Ackerman has a website--www.thethreadbender.com and I believe she told me she is moving to San Antonio. She works out of her house--I have to drive an hour to get to my fittings but it's worth it!
