Getting a californian driverslicence?

I managed a car rental office in California. We would rent to foreignors visiting the USA if they provided a valid driver's license from their home country and met the age requirements. An international driving permit would not do. Usually the age requirements are 25, but under certain corporate agreements younger people may rent.

If you are interested in introducing me to people in your network, i would sure be gratefull and promise to treat them nice. I normally prefer to "earn" my contacts.. But since the tough is getting tougher i think i could need all the helping hands i can get
