Che; Oh man! Glad to know that the future prospect is a change on the diet. That is totally possible. Can you only imagine if they said, no more hats and styling duds. DUH!

Seriousely, best to you. The phrase "routine surgery" does not take into account the actual adaptations and changes needed to get through real life. I hope you will quickly get into a "normal routine." I have always been a crabby injured athlete and a sick person. I fight hard not getting bored and rushing the rehab. You know your body, as you have owned for a bit of time. Listen and be kind to it! Your grandkids deserve the long winded advise of a Grandad who treats his body well.

I ate greens, vegetables and chcken stock for lunch. It actualy tasted great and I was sated.

Truly take care sir, Eric -

Wishing you a speedy recovery, Che.

BTW....Eating rabbit food won't effect your hat wearing......Just don't over do it....there could be side effects with too many carrots.

My very best wishes to you, Che.

Different people have different methods to make healthy food taste exquisite.
Mine is to follow the Italian approach of emphasising the importance of olive oil. Get the best one that you can find.
Here's my Vialla olive oil with this morning's food. Exchange the beef stew for some good cheese and there you have my favorite daily meal. Spelt bread, of which I eat a lot being a runner, and vegetables with rosemary & thyme in olive oil.
I always eat very simple, but good meals, with equal emphasis on both. Wouldn't change it for anything in the world. You might enjoy it, too.
