So, here's the first Hückel bought thanks to everyone's favourite Dutch hat enabler [emoji4]

A Hückel Chevreau. Beautiful, soft velvety felt on this one.

No paper label, but I'm assuming ca. 1950s

Mayser "Superbe", 59 cm, possible date stamp of June 3, 1950. Great felt, dressing and form.

That is a very nice Mayser, Steve. Wonderful charcoal black colour to it. It looks like it's been well looked after both in and out.

My Maysers with dates have the month in letters, but I'm pretty sure you're right about that been a date mark. The full stops between the numbers are a very northern European way of writing dates.

Nice find, congrats.
