FS - Women's Sewing Pattern Sz 18.5

I bought this off eBay a while back and have decided that I don't need it any longer. It's a mail order pattern, still has the original envelope with it, completed with original purchaser's name and address! It is a size 18 1/2, very pretty dress pattern - the pieces are all there, however they have been cut and there are some places that are fragile. It also has the complete instructions.

I'm asking $5.00 including shipping.
