For Sale: Vintage mechanical watch. I believe this watch is Swiss. A nice little watch, likely from the 1950's. Reminds me of the Timex Merlin. Beautiful blued hands... Stainless case, and comes with what is probably the original band or an early replacement (has a kinda cool buckle on it and nice grainy texture). The keeper on the band was missing, and has been replaced with one made from smoother black leather. Watch has several issues... movement seems to run fine, but the seconds hand has fallen off and when you turn the crown it usually will not engage to set the hands. It also appears that the movement is not screwed in or does not have the ring on the inside that holds it snug... there is a small crack on the crystal... this would be a great project watch and it's cheap! $15
