So i was up late and browsing ebay and saw this cool vintage perfecto, the one reason i tried it is because of how good the condition its in. It hasnt been worn much for sure. Im not sure but i think its a 613 from the 70s, talon zipper, the pockets zip/close upwards an the vintage bull tag. Im 5'10 200lbs and im not thrilled with the fit its a 44 and i believe a 46 would do it in this style/cut. It has to do with preference also i want my jacket to cover my belt.I think it will fit someone a little smaller great.

Here is the official sizing chart for the Schott 613:

Personally i don't think a 46 would work better, it would have the same back length, 0.5" extra in the sleeves which you don't need, and 1" extra width everywhere which you don't need.
I think for you this size is as good as it gets....

Yep, agreed. Sizing up in Schott to solve the jacket length issues almost always backfires. If the jacket's roomy enough, it'll only get wider. I think you could actually do with a size 42, not a 46. The shoulders on a 44 are already a bit on the wide side for you.

I see going up wouldn't work better, last night i looked at the 613 on the website. I just dont care for styles that dont cover the belt
