This is a very high quality jacket with no tags, likely made by a California CHP jacket maker as many of these jackets didnt have labels. Has 44r hand written on the inside pocket however this jacket is more trim fitting which is why I'm selling it. Pit to pit measures about 43.5 inches. Since Im a weightlifter its just too tight in the arms. Would fit a size 42 nicely or even a 44 if your arms are normal and you dont have a gut. Only flaw is the first tooth on the zipper is missing however it zips fine and is very sturdy as the main talon is very heavy duty, see pics. Cuffs have black shearling sown in. Pockets are drill cloth and look new, no soiling. Has adjustable waist but needs the laces. Not sure what type of leather it is, its very heavy, could be horse or heavy high quality cow.
