Can't tell the exact age, 80's or 90's probably & I can't see the style number on the tag, just the hand written size but otherwise, the jacket has all the classic features of the 618 or the 118 family.
What stands out is a very, very thick & heavy leather. You know how some Perfectos seem to just somehow be Vanson grade jackets? Well, this is it. Uncharacteristically thick hide with pronounced natural grain & character.
CONDITION
The jacket has been used, naturally, and this reflects purely cosmetically, which is reflected only in the form of form of creases (or rolls, in case of such heavy leather) and most prominently, revelation of gray undertones around some edges/seams, where the surface finish had been worn away.
Other than that, not a single thing wrong with it. Leather is perfect, ditto for the hardware, pockets, etc. Lining is all good. No odor.

Fits a bit smaller than the regular 44 I believe, and very rock'n'roll at that and he exact numbers are...
