Sorry, meant to include that this looks like a pretty cool jacket. Don't see this too often.

Pretty small P to P for a 46 no? With 19 shoulder and 22 Pit to Pit that is a trim cut. None the less, as usual I need longer sleeves. The leather looks beautiful.

Just a little note for jonesy86 re his comment on the sizing:

I had an older version of this jacket I bought circa 1984, the pile collar and lining variation. (The same model at the time was available with either a quilted lining/plain collar, or faux fur collar/lining; with both variations in either black or brown.) And it had a different back: a horizontal seam across the shoulder blades vs. the half-belt design of this one. But the reason I'm posting here is that the sizing was similarly strange. I was a 42/43 at that point (I became a 46/48 in later years), but I when tried on a bunch of these jackets... I ended up needing a 46.

Here's a pic from shortly before I donated my worn jacket to goodwill circa 2001 (alas, before I could have tried a trade/sale in this forum):

Dr Strange, variation in sizing on Schott jackets over the years, especially when the whole design changed even though the model name hasn’t, is a common thing. They update their pattern. I have size 46 of three of your style (fake pile lining and fixed fur collar), they fit slimmer than this action-back one.

Fantastic jacket. Heavy, super tough, warm. One of few A2 styled jackets that I actually like.

This jacket ended up displaying on my mannequine in since the last post... so, it's still up for sale. Still as stiff, the sleeves are stiff, underarm football stiff, pocket flap stiff, collar stiff, you know, all the best Schott stiffness!
