I am considering selling my j23. I am getting another jacket, one that i am putting my custom touches on. I really want a main jacket, not rotating enough jackets to wear a diff. Every day. J 23 needs no introduction. 4oz horsehide. Crown main +250 crown pocket/sleeve packet +280, belt +250. It has silky flight lining not standard. Moleskin pockets. Very nice. Never been outside. Received new in march. Brown mouton collar. Size 46 fits like a 44

John, looks like you easily might wear this beaut in size 44 or even 42 probably, esp. considering fit photo from the back.
Why did you choose size 46 back then? Or you've cut some overweight recently?

I think i agree , maybe i wont be able to get down to one jacket, maybe it will be 3, i have sold 2 an thinking of pulling the others off the fs block
